BLOG update/ Castlevania / Musical Numbers

Just a lil update since I've kind of not bothered with my BLOG for a while [link]

Uploaded some doodles that I never shown off before, mostly Open Canvas sketches and such, take a peek if you like cus its freeEeEeEeeeee : )

~Castlevania~

I can't believe I haven't been a fan of Castlevania until now! Before I always saw footage of the games and always found it rather simplistic and such, but wow those games are damn challenging..and I do love a challenging game : >

Castlevania Judgement was the spark that set it all off for me, I loved the old Van Hellsing story and thats what the series has kind of re-invented so well! ..So yeah I got a lot to catch up on : ) just spreading the word that I love Castlevania now!

~Musical Numbers~

Me and my girlfriend were having a discussion about this today but have you noticed that the latest animated movies are missing some musical numbers now? Like the classic Disney movies were jam packed with : o now for some films I think its a good move (imagine Beowulf with music ) but out of curiousity what is your opinon on music in animated movies? Yay or Neigh?

Oh Zody, finally admitting to the public you have a gf hmm? ;D *shot* Though I probably had missed it in one of your journals though. D':

Anyways, I totally love the little doodles you have in your blog. I loled hard on the Star Ocean comic and muscly!Shadow. XD; Man, I wished I could play that 3rd game of the Star Ocean series. ;;

Glad to see someone here likes Castlevania. I've heard great things about that series... even though I don't know much about it.

My easter was all serious. I had a paper due on Sunday, so I was trying to start and finish my rough draft that day. |D

Funny. You were the one to make me love Castlevania. Crazy, no?

I dunno. I'm not sure if I am a fan of musicals, but I question their logic of inclusion, which is lack worthy. Though the one Disney movie without a musical that's my favourite is The Emperor's New Groove.

My Easter's good, thanks to brand new Red Dwarf episodes, which are replaying again on Dave tonight. And the last week I bought £100 worth of stuff. So no more buying stuff till next month.

I can go either way if animated movies sould have musical numbers, depends on the kind of movie. I've seen plenty of 2D movies with singing but not so many 3D animated movies with singing - now sure if that would be awsome or suck.
As for live action flim muscials, the ones coming out now kinda suck.
What I wouldn't do for a decent musical movie.
